The purpose of this area is to explain and provide guidance on the code of ethics that members must follow. Compliance with Ethics is the cornerstone on which the behaviour of a Professional Accountant is anchored. Ethics are a flagship of the accounting profession bearing its reputation. The Code of Ethics applies to all members, students, affiliates, employees of member firms and where applicable, member firms, in all of their professional and business activities, whether remunerated or voluntary. Of note is the NOCLAR standard.
