The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) is undertaking a ZICA Constitutional Review Process following the resolution that was passed at the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Constitution Review Committee (CRC) was constituted by Council to ensure alignment of the ZICA Constitution with other legislation governing the Accountancy profession in Zambia. The Committee will review all the areas of the Constitution to ensure it is fit for purpose and it will also receive submissions and review the proposed changes made by ZICA members.
