Temporary Closure of Face-To-Face Services at Kitwe and Lusaka Offices

This serves to inform all stakeholders that the Institute will temporarily suspend face-to-face services as follows:

• Kitwe Office: Wednesday, 3rd to Friday, 5th September 2025
• Lusaka Office: Thursday, 4th to Friday, 5th September 2025

During this period, the Institute staff will be attending internal training sessions. Note that the Library and Reading Area will also be closed.

The Institute will, however, remain accessible through alternative communication channels including telephone, email, social media platforms, and the website to ensure continued service.

Important Note: The ZICA Contact Centre remains available and can be reached by dialing 1982 on Airtel, Zamtel, and MTN networks.
