POSTPONEMENT OF THE 35TH ZICA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Institute wishes to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) which was scheduled to take place on 25th April 2020 at the Avani Victoria Falls Hotel in Livingstone has been postponed to a date to be advised. This action has been taken to safe guard the health of members, stakeholders, ZICA Management and staff who would be involved in the AGM during the existing conditions of COVID19 risk threat. The postponement of the 35th AGM is also in line with the Ministry of Health directives which include restrictions on large gatherings.
