How is the practical training expected to be done? Is this the sole responsibility of an employer or ZICA will be assessing students from time to time?

A student needs to initiate the process, ZICA provides the guidelines and the employer must be ready to assist trainees achieve the stipulated competences by providing them with tools and competences required by the programme and even work more than what the job description requires. The institute will monitor the progress quarterly by asking a trainee to submit the work done and assessed by the mentor.
