ZAMBIA INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS (ZICA) CASES UNDER PROSECUTION

LUSAKA, Zambia – 26th April 2024 – The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) wishes to inform the public that it has conducted investigations into reported complaints in relation to Holding out and Professional Misconduct. Following the conclusion of the investigations, ZICA sought authorization from the Director of Public Prosecution to initiate private prosecution based on the findings of these investigations.
